Experience. Excellence. Integrity
Specialization in litigation.
Experience.
I have over eleven years of experience as a litigation paralegal with work on civil rights, personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice cases.
Excellence.
I have several degrees, including a paralegal certificate and a Master of Business Administration, all earned with the highest honors. I perform everything I do with the highest quality in the most efficient way possible.
Integrity.
Ethics, confidentiality, and truth are important to me whether I’m interviewing witnesses, writing discovery or position statements, researching, or summarizing or evaluating depositions or medical records.
Services Offered
I can help your clients say what they say through all aspects of litigation, from fact gathering and research through trial and post-trial. As a “wandering paralegal,” I work on anything that I can do with a computer and internet connection, but also as a “wandering paralegal,” I’m happy to travel to go where you need me to go, from interviewing witnesses to attending trials.
About Me
I am passionate about two main things: traveling and helping people say what they want or need to say. My education spans community planning, paralegal studies, marketing, and business administration, with my highest degree that of Master of Business Administration. From 2001 through 2009, I worked as a paralegal for the largest, oldest law firm in my region, leaving there in January 2010 to begin my career in writing. Between 2010 and 2020, I published nine books – three poetry, five fiction, and one non-fiction. In 2020, I began Legacy Book Press LLC, a traditional publisher of personal stories told via non-fiction, autobiographical fiction, poetry, or a combination. As a major life change loomed in late 2022, I decided to once again offer my paralegal services as a freelancer.
